I had the best sleep at this hotel with its cozy beds, delightful river view of the lit bridge at night, and wonderful service. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Rome with live music and entertainment all around Broad Street. The staff was extremely friendly, making my stay memorable.
The hotel was in a prime location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and had a charming exposed brick wall in the huge room. The staff was overly courteous and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a diverse selection of items. However, the room size was smaller than expected and the website pictures were misleading.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was conveniently located next to the laundry and ice machine, but being on a busy road was a bit noisy. However, the room was clean, well-appointed, and even stocked with toiletries and snacks. The service from the staff was top-notch, very welcoming and accommodating. The location was inviting and close to many great restaurants. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wonderful selection of food at a great value. The additional amenities and facilities were a big plus as well.
